Thames Cribs is a property development and management firm that designs and creates spaces for residential and commercial use. We use our knowledge in design, construction, and management to build assets that are incorporated into our portfolio and generate strong yields whilst the underlying assets appreciate.
Our portfolio includes properties in Coventry, Warwickshire, and London. It includes student homes, luxury apartments, retail stores, hospitality venues and a Glamping Site.
We tailor our spaces to the end user and manage them to create premium experiences. The continued ownership of our projects means that we are totally invested in maintaining the highest standards in quality and service. This is our mission.

Bill Jaspal
CHAIRMAN
Bill is the founder and chairman of Thames Cribs. While he does not deal with day-to-day operations of the company, he is still influential in the overall group strategy.
He established Thames Cribs and JBC Skills Training over 35 years ago and remained managing director until 2016.
Bill holds a degree in electrical engineering from Coventry University.

Dan Pearson
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Dan is responsible for the capital structuring, financing, and accounting activities for Thames Cribs.
He is the managing director of our sister company JBC Skills Training and is highly experienced in business development and financial modelling.
Dan holds a degree in physics from The University of Bristol and an MBA from The University of Bath.

Jivan Jaspal
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jivan is responsible for the vision and delivery of development projects and investment strategy.
Prior to Thames Cribs he was a consultant and transformation specialist for Oracle and Deloitte.
Jivan holds a degree in Economics from the University of Leeds.

Callum Robertson
PROPERTY MANAGER
Callum is responsible for the management of the properties in our portfolio, co-ordinating maintenance and liaising with tenants.
Prior to Thames Cribs, he worked in the Hospitality and Retail Sectors.
Callum holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business Management from Coventry University.

Anthony Kibble
CONSTRUCTION LEAD
Anthony is part of our development team and responsible for the construction of all development projects and operates as the site manager.
He has worked in the construction industry for 35 years and can effectively build a project from the foundations up.

Stephanie Littlejohns
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Steph is responsible for the day-to-day running of our accounts, managing receivables and expenses, alike.
She has worked for our sister company JBC Skills Training for 23 years.
